chilli sin carne with soya mince, a side of basmati rice, kidney beans, tomato, celery and red onion, all lifted by an aromatic mixture of spices.
a thai green curry with basmati rice, chickpeas, green beans, peas, edamame, broccoli and thai basil in a coconut milk and green curry sauce.
and finally, a dahl of red lentils served with basmati rice and a stew of aubergine, golden raisins, grated coconut, coriander in a coconut curry sauce.
