SEASON RECIPE: CUCUMBER WITH FENNEL & DILL COLD SOUP
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
- 650G OF CUCUMBER
- 125G OF FENNEL
- 175G OF SOYA MILK
- 250CL OF WATER
- 2 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE
- SOME FRESH DILL LEAVES
peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes then slice the fennel and cut it into pieces.
put the cucumber, fennel and dill in the blender and mix 1 minute. then add the rest of the ingredients: water,soya milk and lime juice and mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
keep fresh until ready to serve.
