OUR WINTER RECIPES

winter is a fruitful season at cojean, rich in new recipes and new products!
if you fancy a salad, from mid december, you can choose from chicken tabbouleh, blue cheese and bulgur, italian orecchiette pasta salad, mozzarella di bufala and caper, fusilli, cured ham and comté cheese, red rice, smoked salmon and poached egg and ash goat cheese, red lentil and green bean. we also offer several vegan salads: why not try our new superfood salads made from vegetables, cereals, pulses and vegetable hummus, or our chickpea salad made with grilled chick peas, wholemeal rye, avocado and kale?

in our mini sandwich range, we offer a mini mushroom and cashew nut spread sandwich made with pretzel bread, and another ash goat cheese, pumpkin and pecan nut pretzel sandwich. also new this season, a mini mango and smoked salmon sandwich in brioche bread and a mini chicken, parmesan and rocket sandwich in a mini rustic poppy seed baguette.
