HERE IT IS, THE WINTER MENU IS OUT!

and just like every season, you will enjoy new recipes or rediscover our classics.

the italian pasta salad is back, with orecchiette pasta, mozzarella di bufala, caper and olive, but also the chicken, goat cheese and spinach taboulé, the smoked salmon and poached egg salad, and the goat cheese red lentil salad which goes with by small peas or the yellow superfood salad, rich in white, red and black quinoa, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, ginger and turmeric hummus.

for the novelties this season, enjoy the crayfish pasta salad, made of squid-ink spaghettis with avocado and crayfish marinated with sweet pepper, or the winter orzo salad with lentils, apple and blueberry topped with a creamy sauce.

the sandwiches are not left behind with a mini brioche with pumpkin, goat cheese, pecan nuts and black grapes, a mini with a tofu and mushroom sauce in a traditional bread or a salmon and guacamole pita bread, seasoned with ginger and purple shiso.
