alongside the traditional creamy chicken with morel & mash recipes, cod with satay sauce or even a salmon shepherd's pie & leek fondue, discover three new vegan recipes over the weeks, with world cuisine influences:

chili sin carne with soya meat-free mince, with a side of basmati rice, kidney bean, tomato, celery, red onion, the whole lifted with a mixture of spices.

a thai green curry with basmati rice, chickpea, bean green, peas, edamame, broccoli and thai basil with a coconut milk and green curry sauce.

and finally, a dahl of red lentil served with basmati rice and a compote of eggplant, white grape, grated coconut, coriander and coconut milk curry sauce.
